Hi, I am Ken Eastman of Wildlife Habitat Consultants. We're right here on the lake here right now. We're trying to catch few fish. Right now, what we're doing, we're searching for them.
We have here, we are looking for laker - we are doing a little bit of lake drills, that's what we're doing. We drilled a couple of holes, checking our depths. There are two or three holes, if we don't catch them right off, we are getting out of here.
We're working around the Sunken Island right here, and we're jigging it from the bottom. Doing like 10 jigs, then coming up like 10 feet, and then jigging it and then another 10 feet. Working our way up through the water column, all the way up through, because there will be different depths out through here.
So that's what we're doing right at this point here. Hopefully, we'll hook one on here pretty soon, and there we go. Here is the better one. Here come a little better perch, here's a little better one, he feels a little better, here is a little better perch, that's what we're looking for. Here's a good jumbo perch. He is a good foot long here.
I think what we'll do is, try to keep with some of these, we'll let some of them go, because there are full of eggs here, and it's not a good idea to keep a bunch of these bigger perch out here. There are nice something you spawn in, some of your brute animals there, you see big belly on her. We let it go back down.
We'll see if we can pull out another one here, for you, the perch. Here comes a better one. He is as big as that first one, that's a better perch. Now as you see folks, we moved over to a different part of lake here, different stretch. We caught some of the perch over here as you can see. That's what you got to do, you got to keep moving around.
Right now, as these holes are going to dry down you still have to move again here. But anyway, I hope you folks enjoyed the series. I Hope to see you another time. Good luck to you all.
