Hi, my name is Chau Bui. I am the owner, Program Director and Head Fitness Coach for Team Lloyd Irvin Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness. Over behind me to my left and right are my demonstrators for our video sample. To my right is Jacqueline Chellas and to my left over here is Carol Benthel.
Today we are going to show you how to do a beginning kickboxing bag class. Today in this video, we are going to be covering how to wrap your hands properly, we will show how to do a proper stance, how to throw a jab and cross, how to throw left and right hook, how to throw a left and right body shot, right and left push kick, how to do a right and left round house kick.
Finally, we will give you a 4 minute demonstration workout. So to get started, you dont need a lot of equipment. First you will need a pair of hand wraps, a pair of boxing gloves and you will need a standing bag, which looks like this. I would recommend consulting with a physician prior to starting any rigorous activity.
