Hey! It is Vince DelMonte from yoursixpackquest.com and I got another video coaching lesson for you today. I want to talk about the most effective way to loose body fat. And most people are under the impression that you have to do outrageous amounts of cardio. Some people think you have to starve yourself. Starving yourself is probably the worst thing you can do. The main problem with starving yourself is that when your body does not get food for three to four hours, it says holy crap, when am I going to get my next meal. I better start getting some energy. Guess where your body gets energy from? It actually breaks down your harder and muscle tissue like a hungry pool of piranhas and they start eating away the muscle and that is what creates that soft and untold look that I know that you do not want. So, do not please starve yourself unless you want to look like a skinny fat person.
The most effective way to increase your metabolism is by doing resistance training; doing things your body is not efficient at, for example, weights. Your body is not efficient at doing weights. So, after the workout your body is going to say, holy crap, we just expend a lot of energies in a way we have never done before, I better get some energy to get through the rest of the day so I can start repairing the muscles that I broke down and that is your first step to losing weight the right way.
