What is happening guys? It is Aaron one more at 7:00. And this next one I am going to do is another request. This is song is by Lonestar for the song “Amazed”. It is really pretty easy. I think you are going to do fine with it.
Put your capo on the 1st fret, if you are on standard tuning, capo on the 1st fret. So with your G ready with—the G should sound like this [Demonstration]. So basically, what we are going to go through is the chords. I am going to do a quick overview on the chords and then I am going to actually strum the whole song along with the video so you guys are going to follow and strum along with it.
The verse goes G, D, E minor, to C. So for your G, it is on the 3rd fret above the capo. You are going to put your middle finger on the third fret at the lower E string, next string down your A string, pointer finger 2nd fret middle 2 open [Demonstration] and bottom the 2 are on the 3rd fret of your ring and pinkie finger [Demonstration]. So that G just goes like this. [Demonstration] You are going to strum that a few times when you go to the D. And one thing I want you to do when you go from G to D is to keep that ring finger on the same place that you placed over [Demonstration].
Coming to D, you lift your middle finger up, bring it over here on the high E from the 2nd fret, put your pointer finger on the 2nd fret and the 4th down your G string [Demonstration] that is your D [Demonstration] then you get your E minor, you are going to come up here and you are going to put your pointer finger on the 2nd string down to your A string 2nd fret and middle finger 3rd string down the 2nd fret [Demonstration] that is your B minor [Demonstration]. And then, you go to your C from there. Well the E minor, your pointer finger is 2nd string down 2nd fret, middle finger 3rd string down 2nd fret, keep that middle finger there and then put your ring finger on the A string 2nd string down 3rd fret, and then pick your pointer finger and put it on the B string. So B string on the song 1-2-3-4-5 1st fret [Demonstration] shift to the E minor [Demonstration] so you just go back to G [Demonstration] to D, to E minor [Demonstration] C minor or just C. Then it goes into—where is this “I have never been this close to anyone or anything I can hear your thoughts, I can hear your dreams” there are four more chords. It is this B flat where you hit a bar across the top five strings on the very 1st fret, then you do that mini bar with that, one with these three strings your D, G and B string and you are going to try play these four [Demonstration]. So it is like “I have never been this close” [Demonstration] so that is your bar across 1st fret in these five, this one is muted your lower E is muted by your pointer.
Then, you have muted in your A string, ring is out on the 1st fret to the bar, then your D, G, B strings are all on the 3rd fret by that ring and then this one right here is tend to be muted it does not really matter 4th of first fret. It should be set it should be 1st fret watch it theoretically but I need it just whenever I do that little mini bar, because from that [Demonstration] roll that ring finger up from where it is at to the A string [Demonstration] and then make your bar chord. You see every bar across all six on the 1st fret ring finger on the A string 2nd string down 3rd fret, 3rd string down 3rd fret is your pinkie, and 4 string down 2nd fret is your middle finger, so that part over there [Demonstration] and then for the G minor, if you are going to go form that F [Demonstration] to your G minor, it is actually two steps up. So you go from there where your is across at first [Demonstration] slide up to the bar and across the 3rd and take your middle finger off [Demonstration] that is where it has taken years to practice [Demonstration]
And when he goes on “I can see your dreams”, you are going to go down here and bar across the C. It is going to be 6th fret above the capo. If you are looking down, it will be your 7th it could be that your 3rd dot, this is 3, 5and 7. We are on the seven dot but it is actually the 6th fret u
