Learning the Ollie and the Drop-in
Learn to Skate!
Part 1
Do it with making a circle.
Hi! I am Isaac Mail and I would be explaining to you how to do an Ollie.
Learning the Ollie
Now the Ollie is pretty easy, it is the easiest trick, it is the base trick that all of the tricks have formed from like kick flips and such like that. And what happens with an Ollie is depending on if you are standing on regular or goofy footed, I like goofy. So, I would put my leg back here and my other foot up here and to actually start the Ollie what you do is after you are standing on the board, you push this foot down until you hear that click of the board. And then you drag this foot up like in this motion to create lift. And you also have to bend your knees and jump with it. And so lift like this and you jump and as it is coming up around here, then you push down with your feet to come back down here.

Now we are going to drop-in.
Learning How To Drop In
So you leave your foot on the tail and lift it up. And then you keep your body position like this, see. If you try this, this ramp is at this kind of an angle so you do wind, it is like standing up as you are going down. So you got to lean forward and then stump your foot down, straight down and go right away. First couple of times you might fall but you will get it.
