All right, here in this workout section we are going to talk about the hamstring muscles. The hamstring muscles are our muscles right behind the legs here. Now this machine this is our leg curl machine and on this is a common leg curl you will find in most health club facilities. Usually there is only one adjustment in this leg curl but there is an adjustment here for this pad. What we want to do is to make sure that this pad is right behind our Achilles tendon. The little tendon right below our calf muscles there.
First thing we are going to do is to make sure that if we lie down on this machine we line our knee up with our pivot point. That is our axis. That is our range of motion that is exactly where we want our joints to be.
Once you are in the leg curl just, draw those abs muscles in and just breathe out as you pull straight up. And return to the start position and right back up.
