Good leg strength and good conditioning is important and I am going to show you why the legs are important in the pitching motion. Now let's start with just the fact that you have got to be a little balanced as a pitcher. Alright? Balance equal strikes. If you can balance your body, you have a very good chance of throwing the strike. Now in the windup, you will notice, now we have got a nice 90 degree view right here. You have got the rubber in your windup. You start how many, we had a side view. What you want to do in the motion, as you go through we have talked about the five steps. As you come into your motion, you have got step one.
