Hi-Tech claims that they have mastered the specifics of the beneficial Ephedra constituent, which have been isolated, extracted, and standardized to create Hi-Tech's patent pending Legal Thermo-Z brand of Ephedra extract, leaving the banned Ephedra alkaloids out of the formula.

The label's recommended dosage suggests taking 1-2 tablets in the morning and one tablet after lunch, not to exceed four tablets daily. The label notes that you should not consume alcohol or caffeine with this product, because caffeine is already included in the ingredients. Additional caffeine consumption may cause serious adverse health effects.
