Speaker: How to make Lemon Carrot and Walnut Salad. Take 450g of carrot, grated rind and juice of half a lemon. One tablespoon of soft light brown sugar. Four tablespoon of Carotino (Sunflower) oil. One tablespoon Walnut oil, dash of oregano and 20g walnuts.
Finely grate carrots. Add grated lemon rind. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 tablespoon of Carotino or sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon of walnut oil, 1 tablespoon of soft light brown sugar. Add remainder of lemon juice, a pinch of Oregano, add chopped walnuts. Mix well and leave it for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
