Living a Balanced Life - Part2
Welcome back to part2 of living a balanced life. You might recall that at the end of part 1 of this video series, I mention to you, you might be wondering now what to do next once you done the wheel of life. Well in the moment, I am actually going to tell you what to do next.
But first of all, once you have done the exercise, you might have a tendency to feel overwhelmed by the results that you found in doing the exercise. Well, I do not want you to feel overwhelmed. The purpose really of the wheel of life is to empower a person rather than disempowered.
So what I want you to do next once you have done the wheel of life exercise is to simply focus on one item at a time and gradually, progressively go in around the wheel of life until you actually paid attention to reach aspects of your life which then results in better results for your life.
So just focus on one item, see how you can improve that particular aspect of life and then redo the wheel of life exercise again and as before, score or rate that particular aspect and see I was improved. See I was moving towards 10 further away from zero.
You will find if you do this wheel of life exercise on a regular basis that you certainly feel more in control, more powerful in your life you will see that you will improve all of these aspects of life all the time.
So, the wheel of life really is if you do it correctly, it is a powerful total indeed. Because what it does is likes a mirror, it is actually reflects the true stage of a person’s life as their life might be at the present time now often should you do with the wheel of life.
I would recommend that you do this at least once every three months as you go throughout your life now. Make it a regular path of gaining control again gaining more life balance as you go through your life and if you think that this tool is valuable to you then by all means, share with other people.
