We know that you have hands full with tiny tearaways and don't have as much time to spend on your hair and makeup as you are used to. That's where we come in.

Meet Anne-Marie Carter. In the morning she has time to spend ten minutes on her makeup. Her favorite makeup product is Bronzer, and she doesn't like her cheek bones. Anne-Marie, Welcome to Mummy Makeover!
Sarah Jagger: Hi Anne-Marie!
Anne-Marie Carter: Hi Sarah!
Sarah Jagger: Anne-Marie, tell me a little bit about yourself.
Anne-Marie Carter: I'm 40, and I have just have my second baby seven weeks ago. I already have a little girl, I have a little boy and I'm married to Dominique and I work in - I have my own PR business.
Sarah Jagger: Personal grooming, how much time do you think you spend on that each day?
Anne-Marie Carter: At the moment not much. If I am going out, so I would spend a little bit more but at the moment I just do tinted moisturizer and may be bit of mascara and lip gloss, a lip balm, that's about it.
Sarah Jagger: That's pretty good. Any product that you can't live without?
Anne-Marie Carter: My moisturizer actually. I really - I am so pale naturally but I like my - the Dermalogica one which I quite like.
Sarah Jagger: You like a little bit of color.
Anne-Marie Carter: Yeah, and so Bronzer as well, especially if I'm just going out to shops.
Sarah Jagger: Okay, well you have come to Mummy Makeover today, are there any tips that you'd like to take away with you?
Anne-Marie Carter: Yes, I'd like some tips on what to do with my hair, especially when it's loose and have some advice on makeup, specially eye makeup which I don't really use that much.
Sarah Jagger: Okay, let's go and introduce you to Gary who will talk to you about your hair.
Anne-Marie Carter: Alright.
Anne-Marie Carter: Gary, this is Anne-Marie.
Anne-Marie: Hello!
Gary France: Hi! Come and have a seat here.
Sarah Jagger: Now Anne-Marie has this beautiful long blonde hair and I don't think that she wants too much of the color change. But I'll let you guys talk more about that. See you later!
Gary France: Alright! Thank you! You've got two children, a really young one 7 weeks older I believe.
Anne-Marie Carter: Yeah.
Gary France: So how is that affecting your hair and makeup routine?
Anne-Marie Carter: I am not really doing much with my hair at the moment. I tend to just brush it, tie it back just to keep it out of the way. I'd like something about have some advice on how can flare it down have more of a style.
Gary France: I think as Sarah said you do have this beautiful color to your hair and I think we can give you a hair cut which will bring those color tones out. Also latch away your hair down more successfully so that again you keep it very simple to maintain.
You do have a really nice natural kind of wave through your hair, which I'd to like bring out a little bit more as well. And then we can probably advice you on a product that would allow that to again just wash it, put the product in and then leave it.
So really what we want to do today is balance the moisture from the root, balance the whole condition out and then go through something much more intensive through the mid lengths and the ends, and also incorporate scalp treatment because it looks just you've got the odd area of dry scalp which is probably through stress.
Sarah Jagger: After washing and conditioning Anne-Marie's hair Gary starts styling and cutting while it's still wet. They have agreed to take a tiny little bit of length off the sides to better define a shape.
Anne-Marie told Gary, she doesn't even have a hair dryer at home. Her main aim is for her hair to be easy to maintain yet still stylish.
Sarah Jagger: Anne-Marie, I have noticed all these beautiful lovely waves.
Gary, tell me what you've done, how you've created so much body?
Gary France: Well, the idea was to retain length, she was quite keen to do that and to really refresh you with the color by working with layers. The reason for working with the layers was really to retain the length but reduce a bit more weight out of it. And what it does, it just allows you to have this natural movement, have this kind of more volume in the hair and also she wants to wear straight, she is going to different function and first she wants to have it more smoother, it allows her to do that really easily as well. And I am just thinking it's just refreshing the whole thing up a little bit.
Sarah Jagger: But you've not used any color. This is just a refreshing of the color because you've layered.
Gary France: Exactly, What it does by taking the weight out, it lifts the hair here. But before it was very heavy and you were just getting strong parting there, and now we've got much more movement, much more energy within the hair, which is the brief really, was to just give a something different without cutting too much off. So we've done that.
Sarah Jagger: Great! Anne-Marie, what do you think?
Anne-Marie Carter: I am really pleased, it's fantastic. I have kept the length but its got some - it's got the lift in the body, shorter hair cut. I'm delighted.
Sarah Jagger: Okay, well, we've done your hair. Let's do your makeup.
Now, Anne-Marie a five-minute quick makeover for you that you can do everyday in morning. What you said to us when you came in this that you would quite like to have more pronounced cheek bones.
What I meant to do is do that and also give you a skin a bit of a radiant boost at the same time. Let's use an illuminating lotion which is parallelized rather than glittery or too shimmy. You can apply this with your fingers or sponge, I'd like to use brush. Simply put, gives the illusion of perfect skin.
Now I have used the shimmy lotion all over the entire skin to give a really radiant boost. I'm using a compact makeup just to even out any redness. Mostly on the T-Zone, to be honest, you don't need much coverage anywhere else.
I'm just powdering the T-Zone. I'm going to keep your cheeks quite fresh and natural. So you can still really see the shimmy lotion come through.
What I am using is a bronzy-brown pencil, just softly used over the eyes and smudged over with the sponge.
I think about cream eye shadow is that you can apply, the more you apply, the more intense they come. So I am using very, very sheer wash of color, just up to the socket line. Using color underneath the eye, just rounds of the eye brings up the color of your eyes.
The colors that I've used have really made your eyes look green, and to use volumizer mascara, if you just look up.
Now, brown or black doesn't really matter. Black just again brings up the color in your eyes a little bit more.
To really bring out the cheek bones, you go along the base of your cheek bone and just brush up with strokes, okay that's it.
Now, what I've done for you is a mother of a seven-week old baby, given you very light, very fresh natural look.
Gary has put some body into your hair and given you these very soft feminine waves.

Anne-Marie Carter: I am delighted, it's the real transformation and I look like a different women completely.
