Male: Hey everybody, I have three tips here for loom knitters and Daniel come and look at my long loom. I made this myself, yes you can tell, I know because you know what. I was on a taking nice little bath and all of a sudden I heard the —on downstairs. Oh my Gosh, I was actually scared.
Daniel: I know I was too; I never used the tables out before.
Male: So I took looms. I cut them in half and then mounted them with the gap from the middle just like a regular loom. So we have three tips, so I have 70-inches, 70-inches and you know what, after what you—.
Daniel: You know, you could it like it big don’t you?
Male: A loom yes and a lady on Facebook complimented on my big loom. Anyway, so 70-inches is a long way to go after you’re done pushing all of this down, so I found that myself, right Daniel?
Daniel: Oh God—
Male: I have no idea, I ran over to the kitchen cupboards, I grabbed myself a plate. And the reason why I've thinking like motorboat, you know along the water and you have like your edge. Take your plate after you’ve done to get in here, get in here.
Daniel: Okay I'm about to, I’m about to.
Male: So that’s all that better tops, so watch what happens. So you just grab your plate and you just slide it along and look at that.
Daniel: I think you might have to do that again.
Male: What really?
Daniel: Just kidding!
Male: Okay!
Daniel: I think I know where you got your idea.
Male: So you use your plate, so then a viewer about a month ago and did a video for me, showing how she was using a loom knitting styler pen and I'm just making up that name just for now because you I want to get the size it. So anyway, so grab a pen, okay. You take out innards of the pen, okay just like so. Feeding your wool because if you got 70-inches for this big loom. Its; I always wrap all my loom work by hand like so. So when I go of 70-inches, it’s a long way to go.
So you want to keep the innards because when you want to stuff this and get it started. You're going to want to put the yarn in and then use this to stuff in order to get it through, so keep the innards. So once it’s on here.
Daniel: It's I cooking if you want to make good gravy, keep the innards.
Male: That’s right! So the wonderful thing about it is that I've been— I'm working in another project and I just happen to put two balls together in one. But you can have other balls all going at the same time coming into the styler pen. So all you got to do is just using the pen, you can just let it go and I feel like I'm painting, that’s like ink but yarn. So in the styler pen just goes in between, the wonderful pens, just like so. How easy it this Daniel?
Daniel: And that’s really easy. It looks so easy that I just stared at you and just sort of think oh my.
Male: Oh yeah, you're staring at me because you think I'm special.
Daniel: Well that’s true.
Male: So the final tip of the day is balls. Balls are fabulous and the basic for it, you know we get to the bratty little cats around here. If these balls hit the floor, you know the cats are gone. So by leaving them in a bowl, if you didn’t get a bowl, now matter how you pull it, they’re going to stay inside the bowl. Also this bowl is porcelain?
Daniel: I had no idea, it’s just a bowl.
Male: It just slides easily, so there’s no friction, so if you got it all round up like if you would put this on a —like, you know its going to be like freaking everywhere.
Daniel: Oh yeah, since it’s going to be on the floor and all that stuff and yeah its going to get dirty.
Male: Yes, dirty bowls.
Daniel: Dirty bowls.
Male: So anyway, so when you have many bowls. This again was two bowls but you know, you just line up your bowls and I put my bowls in the center of my loom, so then I'm just working my way along if I can type there. So that’s awesome. Isn’t that awesome?
Daniel: Oh, my gosh! so you’re going to be on this all like, this thing huge.
Male: We’re going to get lost starting today if they get some yarn.
Daniel: Get lots of yarn.
Male: Yeah! So but you know in this kind of thing I’ve been applying around. This is like mine as four time wrapping it, right really and it just you know. I had to do a sample to see if I really truly liked it because there's another stitch that apparently you do for long looms. It’s called the stocking knit stitch and you know that this little old spool knitting, have you done spool knitting Daniel?
Daniel: No!
Male: Spool knitting when you're working on the spools. you can see that it’s growing on the interior.
Daniel: Oh yeah, yeah exactly the spool. Yeah I remember getting that.
Male: Well stocking that stitch that's the same thing in it just looks like crap. We’ll when you double stitch this thing right here, when you double twist its stitch. It’s just looks all nice and thick and just like this, just nice and thick, instead of really loosey-goosey.
Daniel: That is nice and thick.
Male: Yeah! There. So that’s it. Well probably make tips Daniel.
Daniel: It keeps me fabulous, so you know yeah, there can really work for the small one, too.
Male: Yes and that is what I'm thinking, the plate was fabulous.
Daniel: We’ll yes.
Male: So remember how excited I was Daniel?
Daniel: Oh yes of course you got really excited over.
Male: I know I was like jumping.
Daniel: Yeah exactly, okay.
