Lose Muscle After Three Hours

I am Steve Torano, welcome to set sort of body performance. My guys are writing in, “hey Steve, if you do not eat for three hours all cells of your body starts to go into starvation mode and you begin to lose muscle.” No, come on, please, stop worrying about this stuff, stop listening to myths, stop listening to crappy reading magazines. If that were true, every football player would be skinny because a football game would last at least three hours right, and you got warmers before and showers and meetings afterwards, come on, stop that. You are pleading why I go three hours without eating.

And I got bigger and stronger each workout. Stop worrying about dumb stuffs like that. You know what makes you big and strong? Working out. You know what you need in your diet? More iron, more iron. Lift more iron. That makes the difference. Stop worrying about what you eat; as you increase your activity level in the gym, your hunger will increase naturally. So you will eat when you are hungry. But if you are trying to get in shape, stop thinking about eating and start thinking about working out and doing cardio. That is the most important thing. Nobody ever got in shape from eating. Love your body.
