This video has misinformation about fats and saturated fats. Using too much vegetable oils and highly processed vegetable oils creates a major health problem. Too many Omega-6's to Omega-3's creating inflammation in the body. Also, vegetable oils become rancid very quickly due to air, light and cooking. There is some very good research on Coconut oil and weight-loss. Make sure you get organic raw coconut oil. You want to lose weight and gain health at the same time.
