My tips for you moms is when you go out to eat, you do not have to eat every single thing that is good in front of you. Have a portion control. So, eat your salad and your soup, and then when the entrée comes—the chicken and the rice, you are just going to have half of the portion and bring the rest home.

When you go out moms, make healthy choices and make sure you bring the “to go box” home. Alright, we will see you soon.
