In part III of the of the Belly Massage, I want to show some techniques for the lower abdomen, the lower belly. Many massage therapist like to use there thumbs in the area of the lower abdomen and in the hip area.

I personally prefer more a technique that uses the fingers instead of the thumbs and uses pulling motion instead of a pushing motion. These seems to be a lot more comfortable for the clients and can be applied on the top of the hip as well as above the pubic bone.

I want to show two version of the finishing stroke, first was alternating was hands and the second one is double handed effleurage. Both of these techniques should be perform in the direction of the digestion in the large intestines.
