Neil Armstrong: You took the first steps for our future space exploration in low earth orbit by returning the space shuttle to safe flight.
The shuttle will enable the United States when our international partners to complete the international space station.
Important research aboard the station will be provide invaluable data on a long term effects of extended space travel on the human body.
To look forward beyond the earth, astronauts will need a new transport. NASA’s project constellation will develop and compose new home exploration vehicle areas to other works.

NASA will send a series of unmanned probed to the lunar surface to prepare for teacher human exploration. Using the crew exploration vehicle astronauts will follow to leave and work there for increasingly extended currents of time.

Our unmanned probes to Mars serve as trail base. The advance probe to be unknown. The Mars exploration rovers, spirit and opportunity they have send us spectacular images or data. Opportunity has even discovered signs that a salty sea once existed on the red planet.
Now even the most vivid pictures or the most detailed mediums ultimately could not satisfy the human thirst for knowledge. We need to see and examining touch for ourselves.
