Hey guys its Ren from makeup by Ren-Ren and if you want to see Mac Hello Kitty tutorial, stay tuned for more.
Okay guys, so I finally got my Mac Hello Kitty tutorial up and I know a lot people are doing colors with this pallet, which seems like the more popular pallet. The Due Dolly Pallet but I want to do something a little bit different and I want to show you that you can use glitter eyeliner as an eye shadow. So this is my mature Hello Kitty look, it’s kind of like the nighttime hello kitty look, so if you want to see how I did it stay tuned for the tutorial.
Okay so the first step is to prime your lid, I’m using Indian wood paint pop which is a pretty, like deep gold color and I’m just going to apply it mainly on my eyelid concentrating the coat in there and then blending it up. Now I’m going to take the two-dye pallet and then use yogurt right here as my highlight color using this fluffy eye shadow brush. I’m just going to apply it right under the eyebrow and above the crease. Now this is a main step, you’re going to take your glitter—glitter eyeliner, which is the gold glitter one, and use it as a liquid eye shadow. So, I like to just use it like a paintbrush painting down and all around and you’re mainly just getting the middle to two thirds away here and the key to paint this in layer and let it dry in between. You can just use a blow dryer and cool heat or a fan just to speed up the drying process.
Okay, I’m going to apply another layer, just too kind of intensify the gold color, and as you do this try to keep you lid closed mostly, so that way you don’t get any creasing. Okay so when the gold glitter liner is dry it only takes a few seconds, next you’re going to take Stately black from the two-dolly pallet. This is also in last years holiday pallet from 2007 and I’m going to take a small eye shadow brush and pretty much darken the outer V with this darker color and give it that smoky look. So first, I draw in the outer V shape, and then I’m going to blend it into the gold and let me bring it into the crease and use lighter strokes in order to kind of blend it out. I’m using smaller brushes because I want to control where this goes because I don’t want to get too much on to the gold glitter.
Okay, now I’m going to take the yogurt and my fluffy brush again and just kind of pat it on top of the boundary where the dark is. Just to kind of use the color, and then I’m just going to clean up the outer V shape, okay.
Now I’m going to take smolder, eye cool pencil and use this as my liner. You can use whatever black eyeliner you like, and I’m going to line my top line. If your going to use something like this I would suggest like setting it with black eye shadow just because this is, a really long lasting liner but it’s whatever I have handy. Now we’re going to bring this into the water line and then I’m going to use my tiny brush from Michael’s, my little Maxim’s mouth brush and this daily black again and I’m going to add a little bit of this color underneath the lash line. Kind of going on top the smaller just smoke it out and you want to keep it thinner towards the inside, and then a little bit smudged and thicker on the outside just to kind of contour your eye shape.
Okay now, it’s time for the lashes so I’m going to go ahead and curl them, add my lashes and mascara and I’ll be right back.
Okay guys so I just want to take a moment to give you my quick thoughts on the hello kitty collection which I’m doing this video about. I know a lot of you have asked on what’s my thoughts on the collection and, I thought it was a decent collection there a line with two colors. I was kind of a little bit disappointed because I thought I guess I expected a lot more from it, since it seems like it was a big collection of the year. But like I said there are a lot of different colors. I pretty much just kind of few arms just to collect the packaging and as you know, I picked up the two-dolly pallet. Really pretty colors that I though I would wear more than the tom cat or whatever that one was called pallet, and I also I picked up the blush which I really do love and recommend which is fun and games, gives such a nice glow, really-really pretty and lastly.
I picked up the glare liner glitter pus which I’m really happy that I picked up because it makes such a pretty liquid, sharp, sparkly eye shadow and this glitter liner isn’t shared like most like it actually has a lot of color. So pretty much my thought in the hello kitty collection, cute packaging. I probably would have preferred it was a white or pink. More so than the black, they have a few good things in there but don’t go ahead and break your budget for this one because I’m sure there’s going to be other great collection afterwards. So those are my thoughts in the hello kitty collection, back to our regular scheduled programming.
Okay so now that you’ve pretty much finished you eyes, go ahead and finish of the look with some blush. The lips and I’m going to use this blush, which is fun, and games, which I really-really like, I don’t think it was going to show up on me but it really does, and it’s like a very nice glowy, warm color. This is my new terra blush right now because it’s—you can’t really look overdone and this kind of gives a nice healthy blush, and I’m just kind of layering it on with a blush brush, really pretty I definitely recommend it.
And then I would other use she likes candy lip glass but they forgot to, they forgot to put in my bags so I’m going to use soft wave from the Blond Brunette Redhead collection, and I think it kind of goes with the goldish kind of you know, peachy look, this is a really pretty color. It kind of looks like she liked candy, so I’m going to use, and that finishes the look I hope you guys enjoyed my tutorial, please don’t forget to subscribe. Hit the yellow the button if you haven’t done so already and have a great night! Chow belas!
