MMA Sweep Techniques

Again here, we have got a technique from double underhooks, sweeping to the side, if you can get them up, up to their hips. Basically, what you do there is I am going to get double underhooks, I am going to wrap him back, I am going to extend my arms up over top of me, that's going tie his arms up, so I can sweep him to either side. All I am missing is I need to chop one of his legs down. So my legs are going to come around and chop directly down. I am going to do it slow now. It comes up, chop this down, weight comes around, chop, straight in the mouth. Now from here, keep the arms isolated, walk up, you can work your armbar.
