DADDY CLAY: Do you have something dangerous and inappropriate to show to kids?
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: This is actually something we taught on the very first episode of scam school. Its one of my favorite bits, you can find out how to do it on this episode. But it's called the human chimney. Check it out.
DADDY CLAY: We're back again in our studio with master magician and star of Revision 3's great show Scam School. If you haven't checked it out, you got to go right now, watch scam school. It's on YouTube. Check it out, its one of the best shows on the web. We got Brian Brushwood with us today. Thanks so much for being back with us. First thing, this show is brought to you by BabyBjorn. we're hoping you can pull a rabbit out of this
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Let me see I got it. Oh it's pooh.
DADDY CLAY: When I was a kid I did magic shows. And my parents being pack rats, didn't throw away any of the magic tricks. And my son, who is now ten, wants for his talent show, his fifth grade talent show to do some magic tricks. So my parents went through the storage shed, and this is my magic show from when I was ten. Its hard times.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Yes it is hard times, and with kids you want to tell them repeatedly how hard times are. You got to think of some reason why we put it in there. And personally I think if you wanted to kick things up a notch. Hang on one second.
DADDY CLAY: He's going to start some kind of fire.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: We're going to do a magic appearance. We are going to have my favorite little bunny rabbit rags. It's going to appear in a flaming burst of energy and fire. Of course first thing we need is a flaming burst of energy and fire and then we'll do this, holy cow. that was probably a little bit dangerous. And now we need rags as well. Let's actually put this in, there we go and -- Everything's fine here. Its rags!
DADDY CLAY: You just have this appear this magic thing can actually pass right through that. That's totally solid. As a matter of fact it can pass through this one the same way. without any effort at all. You can see here that there are these slots that the knife is going to pass through. I'm just going to drop this in here at the very bottom of the chamber and I'm just going to get this knife and stick it in there. Obviously I have pinned the block in place.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: And it goes all the way through, or I mean I would go all the way through. We'll do this side right here.
DADDY CLAY: My capable assistant.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Lovely.
DADDY CLAY: I am so strong I can just pull it right out and escape the chamber.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: And how can this be? For he is the Quisat Sadarak.
DADDY CLAY: So this little thing, this is just a disappearing chamber.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Oh is that all this is. It just disappears stuff. It's only an anomaly of science of likes which you had never seen.
DADDY CLAY: So, basically I'm going to take this solid block just hammer on there.
Yeah it's a total brick. And the thing is about this little box is it will totally defy physics. I am just to going to put in and I want you to guess which side I put it in.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Fifty, fifty right? I'll say this side.
DADDY CLAY: Your wrong there, but I'll tell you what since I'm a nice guy I'll let you choose again.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Well if it's not that one it's that one.
DADDY CLAY: Hey both are empty! I'm going to take this just to show that there are no tricks involved. It goes right through all of it.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: That's not bad but I'm kind of bummed that I watched it from the side ward I learnt how to done. There's a little green elf that makes the magic happen.
DADDY CLAY: I'm with the magician and I'm doing the -- magic tricks.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: You have no idea how much I'm enjoying this.
DADDY CLAY: I'm the dad guy and you're the -- magician, why am I doing this. I want to thank you for joining us here in a very strange working out of issues episode of quality time. I think I'm going to find a way to have my son do a magic show. I've go the best consultant on earth. Thanks Brian for coming in.
BRIAN BRUSHWOOD: Thanks for having me it was fun.
DADDY CLAY: We'll see you next time here on quality time.
