Alice Chan: Okay really wanted to video tape this so that you could see what kind of curve
appeal is not what you want. Okay here’s one where there is the house and here is
the side of the house but if you see all of the trees was so over grown that you
can’t even see the house. I’m walking at different angles and you can see these are
ultra community so these are well develop and they just go up forever so it’s
really important the you prone your landscaping to keep it up the under control.
Here’s the house right next to it and we we’re actually walking yesterday and I
didn’t even realize there was a house here and actually if you look for there back,
you look to the back here there is a second story back there you can see it it’s
completely bare by all this vegetation it’s unbelievable. So absolutely my
recommendations you know look again this trees are super doper tall okay. Over
time you just need to trim them and sometime you need to just get rid of them
because it’s not serving its purpose any longer okay? And it just you’re asking for
animal friends to come stay with you.
