A Major Scale – Nate Bosch
Hi, I’m Nate Bosch with Pianolessons.com. Today I going to teach you how to play the A
major scale, start with A and I’ll name the notes. We have A, B, C sharp, D, E, F sharp, G
sharp, and A.
Now here’s the fingering start with the thumb on the A after the C sharp the thumb comes
under to the D and work your way all the way up, coming back down going to the D the
third finger comes over to the C sharp and go back down to A.
On the left hand start with the pinky and work up all five fingers till we get to the E, third
finger comes over on the F sharp, on the way back down there’s that thumb coming under
again, there you have it.
Now let’s put those two hands together. A little bit faster.
