Hi! I’m Emma. I’m an eBay seller. I became a seller when I graduated. I think on average I make about 250 to 300 pounds a month. So it really helped me especially in these dull economic times. I’m actually at my lunch break at the moment just do a split eBay, so I thought I’d check in to give you guys some tips before I head back to work.
So, I brought some stuff in to what sell. We’re going to sell Pirates of the Caribbean DVD and I’m going to take you through how I go about doing that. Well, first we log in, create an account and then you go to “My eBay” and then away you go.
A good description is key when you’re listening, so be really, really honest. Be as thorough as you can. Give item washing descriptions, make sure you list everything really honestly and similarly when you are posting items make sure you post them in the time that you said you would, so you’re building up that eBay selling etiquette and people who are watching get to come and buy most from you in the future.
If you go to sell, and sell an item and then with DVD it’s really easy. It’s a lot easier than selling clothes and stuff because you type in the bar code and it comes up with all the listing details for you and the image. So you don’t need to worry about taking the images. It’s all there for you and it’s just really simple to do.
Good photos are really key. Obviously the more photos that you put on, the more likely it is to sell because people see more. They probably see it is more genuine. Obviously we pay a lot bit more like better on it.
And there’s this section here to put some addition here for some information. So just type in condition it is in, how you put it? Why are you’re selling it. Placing in more stuff into it the more likely, more bunch you’re going to go get.
Ebay’s that you can now listen nicely and it’s complete free. Actually you got nothing to lose, it doesn’t sell, just sell as customize name and I think you find as well that you’re more like to get more bids because people think it’s not time to bargain. One of the first things I sold on eBay is probably one of the things I made to make a profit on. Actually it was a pair of shoes just like these and they were on my wardrobe for months, never worn them, lost the receipts. I feel what can I’m going to do with these, put them on eBay and I made a quick profit on them.
