Megan did take the first stem by putting on a pushup bra and then what I did with Megan is that using a plush brush I applied bronzer using back and forth windshield wiper-like strokes. Now try to keep both sides even of course and using a thin brush I applied an ivory shade right is the center. Right there in the center to blend it out and you can repeat these steps several times until you get the desired look.
