This is an idea if, like me, you live in a place with bad weather for a good part of the year. Try taking a run outdoors when it is 95-108F for 3 months in a row.

How many minutes does it take before you get an insane blister around your waist? thats plyometrics anyway... kinda like selling me a trampoline but then i find out out its only a jump rope

You cant get a fluid running motion down with this idea. When you run you land heal and role to you to with this it is just like sprinting in the spot (only landing on your toes).
