Hi everyone! This is Sanjana and today I will be showing you how you can make your own herbal oil
Herbal oil has always work one dose for me. But making them can sometime be tricky.
It traditionally make by practice know specializing poncho almond. Herbal oil typically lubricates and nourish. And cleans and enrich the blood, build and maintain strong muscle and connective tissues. Lubricate the joints and lungs and colon.
Hands, it makes all our skin look fresh and luxurious.
Seven methods can be use to make herbal oils. Let us look at the first one
1. Mix one part of this herb with four parts of oil and sixteen parts of water; for example, you can take 2 ounces of that herb to 4 cups of oil and 16 cups of water. Boil this mixture till the water evaporates which is approximately 4 to 8 hours.
2. Make a strong tea of the desired herb, now using ounces of herb to 16 cups of water. Now strain this and 4 cups of oil to the liquid. Simmer until all of the water is evaporated. Another very effective and very commonly use method is
3. You can bruise the fresh herbs put them into a jar and cover them with oil. Now put them in strong sunlight for 30days. Strain and keep it refrigerated. The calendula oil is made this way using marigold petals.
4. Cayenne, clove or mustered powder can be simmered directly in oil on a low flame for several hours and you have your herbal oil ready.
5. You can use fresh juice of heating herbs like garlic or ginger, or cooling herbs such as comfrey, cilantro or fennel. They can be added with equal amounts of oil. Shake well before using this mixture. These are not design to be kept for long periods.
6. You can add essential oil such as jojoba, calendula, almond, grape seed or canola with 20 drops of essential oil to fluid ounces of base oil and there you put your herbal oil ready.
7. You can add herbal powders to the oil or ghee. This creates a paste that is used more like a body scrub or a cream for points of tension.
