Place a couple of handful of crashes sea salt on the bowl this will scrub away dead skin cells, but be careful not to use this recipe after shaving, salt can sting. Just add almond oil to cover the sea salts this will act as a moisturizer that continues working even after you shower. Now add 2-3 drops of grapefruit oil, mix together with your hands. You can use this scrub either before or during your shower up to 3 times a week.
