Making Great Coffee Drinks

Hi my name is Dale Roberts I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today I am going be to showing you how to brew coffee. I am showing you how to make an Espresso, Cafe Americano, a Cappuccino, a Cafe Latte, Cafe Mocha and we’re going to do special Mint Mocha. The tools you will need are an Espresso machine, a coffee grinder, a stinging pitcher, stinging thermometer, chocolate syrup with topping, fresh ground coffee and milk. Before we get started let me introduce myself, my name is Dale Roberts, and I own the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia, been in business since 1996 for twelve years been making coffee drinks here, loves coffee for about 25 years. We have won the small business of the year award along with numerous other coffee awards. So let’s get started.
