Speaker: To make Pad Thai you start out with water. I am getting one fresh egg. Scramble it very well and put in your meat so it can be as thick and firm. You put in the Pad Thai noodle, the rice noodle. For the Pad Thai noodle you have to cook kind of steam the noodles to make it soft. We put in little bit of water one at a time. Mix it. We put a little bit of garlic and some of Pad Thai sauce. Some green onion, ground peanuts, put in some garlic. It is your Pad Thai.
