Making a Chocolate Malt

Hi, I’m Marsha from Max Best Homemade Ice-cream in Washington, D.C. I am now going to show you how to make a Chocolate Malt. We use four ounces of homemade chocolate ice cream as well as we’ll be putting some malt in it, we use two heaping teaspoons full. From that, we will add three to four ounces of milk. We blend this at the same as you do to the other ones for about 25 seconds. As I said, I’m using a commercial blender but this can also be blended in your home blender. Here again we’ll also top it with our fresh homemade whipped cream. Next well be showing you how to make a Root Beer Float.
