Speaker: After the boil is done, the next step is that we start the whirlpool. The whirlpool creates the centrifuge that collects all of the sediment in the center of the kettle, so that when we actually begin to draw the wort out of the brew kettle, we are leaving behind all of the sediments that we don't want in the beer.
The wort will be pass through the heat exchanger, where it will be chilled down to 18 0 Celsius. It comes through the piping to the oxygenating stone where it gets a toast with oxygen on it's way to the fermenter, where we will add the yeast. Once we have collected all the wort and then hopefully very soon after that we will be able to have our delicious beer.
