I don’t know about you, but my inbox continues to receive more and more spam messages everyday. I shouldn’t say my inbox, my junk mail folder does, but my mail server just keeps getting more and more and more of spam messages being emailed to us. And there’s a company calls Sophos, they’re in security business and they just published a lady by the name of Carrie-Ann Skinner from PC adviser so that the malicious spam has jumped a fall. Well, the amount of spam containing dangerous attachments which are designed to infect your computers has increased eight times, 800% between July and September of this year these are astronomical, what’s happening out there? And the security can’t get anymore imported to your small business than dealing with that. A security firm said one in every 416 email messages received between July and September was spam compared to just one in 3300 emails between April and June. Much of this increase is caused by large scale malware attacks. And so far the worse single attack is the agent-hny trojan horse which is disguised as a penguin arcade game for the iPhone for example, but there’s a lot of stuff going on there, and says basically here’s the problem. Too many people are pointing and clicking without thinking and if they exposed themselves to these hackers these bad guys these thieves, and if you notice they’re just intent and reading your confidential information like bank accounts, passwords that sort of thing. So far also highlighted a rise in the amount of spam being sent the in the social networking size of the Facebook and twitter and they expect that to rise as well. Hey, looking to open DNS for example looking to some web content the stuff out there I think you’d be glad you dare if you do that. The messages are clear, look, if you don’t properly defend your computers against putting your data finances and then it risks you’re going to become you will be possibly going to become as a contestant. So I think that’s a good, good information to know.
