Okay so its dinner for one tonight. Sometimes it happens but it doesn’t mean you have to eat frozen food.
Chopping chopping, chopping.
Hi I am Yogi Marlon and I’m hosting to Enlightened Cook. On this series I teach to you how to make all natural delicious health food that does not seem like health foods. Soda this not going to work it. I chose the lemon that had kind of a thick skin because it is a little easier. You can do this in the middle of a party when you do something that [Muffled]. You can put a big quantity food out in a small amount time. I mean how beautiful is that? they are just say “oh hello bird”.
We are already stirring the [Muffled] a little bit or you have a little bit more room in that kind and then I am going to put the lid on. And that is going to be a lot quieter and then it is only going to get you a couple of minutes. And it also shows you lots of tips and tricks on how to prepare it. Prepare it so that you could hold on to all the nutrients. Here is what I do to my [Muffled] and my carrots as a matter of fact. I never ever peel them. What I do is I just scrub them. That tooth brush that you have used a couple of months. Well run it through the dishwasher and then put it in your kitchen drawer. And I guess going to rinse them.
Oh what the Yogi knows about cooking? I have been cooking with my Italian relatives since I was about three or four years old and I have never stopped. Mixing, mixing peel the Italian way. And the other thing is that when you have tuna and oil and you drain the oil you’re draining the omega threes right down the drain. So just ease the olive oil with it, it is delicious and skip the mail.
So that was only half the onion I think that is all I need. Alright now it is only going, let us keep going. Going to have to use bit of my table cloth pardon me. Okay and just see if in the middle there, Oh baby that is so perfectly cook through. Now here is the noise that you want to hear.
That is the kind of been there sort of kissing. I Love you. If you eat all the right stuff you are going to have lots more energy to pursue your passion, and that is really what is important in life.
I did not put any garlic. But to tell you is not always use garlic, you do not need along this one. So what is [Muffled] rub in amazing amount of nutrients? Lots of beta-carotene and lots of vitamin A. And this magical combination of Glutine and [Muffled] accent.
Now when I chop here is what I do. I take a tip on the cutting board, my other hand on top and I am just rocking this way. Gives you a lot of control and then you kind of scoop it all in a pile again. Start again once you away across. Take a little sea salt, I always use a sea salt, because it has got a whole lot more minerals in it. And I split some of the steam because theya re going to take long to cook and this one will get to wilted. Use the whole lemon, the oil from the vine is going to give a terrific taste. You do not want a really heat your oils that much and use very, very minimal in the pan. And I am just going add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil on that. This is a great hand. This is what all [Muffled] I can really fit a lot of stuff in there. Even if it is not a lot of food, when I have something where I want there to be lots of room around it. That is a beautiful, beautiful dinner. I would say that that is enough for three or four people. I would just serve maybe simple salad with that something like that. Fantastic!
