What does it mean to master the art of resisting temptation?

I'm God's weight loss guide because like every other Christian I belong to God, now I want to talk to you just few minutes like sit in the same room let we have a conversation. So what does it mean for mastering the art of resisting temptation? Well it's very simple, if you are struggle with weight loss right now you are giving in on a consistent basis to temptation. That flips around when you master the art of resisting temptation on a consistent basis you are resisting temptation.
Now let me ask you a question, how much you think about the last time that you got and may be you last so much you struggle or may be you reached your goal. But at some point the weight started coming back why, why is that? Well lets you have rare disease you gave them temptation.
The temptation to over eat good foods, or binge on junk food or in combination of both. When you master the art of resisting temptation you are able to do on a consistent basis to resist the temptation that over eat and rest the temptation to binge on junk food.
Now when I mastered the art resisting temptation I didn't change my diet, that I ate the same foods I always did, and I have eaten even junk food. But I no longer over eat on consistent basis and I no longer picked on consistent basis, I lost over 20 pounds and I even exercise less.
Now most of us as we grow older and I myself in 51 I am looking at a mortal body, may be I want to just loose some don't have or may be like to be able to go on a walk or play with their kids or play with their grand kids and not the out of breath. When you master the art of resisting temptation you can take your life back.
