Maximizing Time in the Tub

Daddy Brad: When it comes to quality time, there is no need to tell a guy about the value to push in the palace. I do some of my most inspired thinking in here. Daddy Clay: But after kids come along, a big shift happens. Now, the tub is the episode of dads personal universe and a great place for Dad’s interact with their kids. Play is the chance you can interact with your kids especially if you are a computer dad, you only got dinner time, tub time and bed time. When you get a time with your kids, own the bath time, get involved, do your percentage, get in your own, own it, own that tub time. Daddy Brad: Yes, the last thing you want is for your bath time to come a battle specially if it is your QT. Daddy Clay: Yes. Now, maybe when frozen coin at this problem if you got a kid that is really, really reluctant, that is really a little bit scared in the water, there is lots of hardware solutions here. Activity centers and attach to the walls in there and lots of -- but you know what? My bathroom is kind of small so I rely on more than crafty like things like regular. I got this finger paint because it is going to put those in the tub water and these various kinds of crayons of different colors. Kids love to scribble on the walls, expressed themselves as creator and form like that in the tub and for special occasions, there are these tablets. These tablets, they die in the tub waters. It is really for babies. It might feel like your kid is going to swing around here like in the toilet but it is not really like that. And also you might want to keep with the yellow ones. I think that is sketchy and besides that the kids like to take care themselves. Daddy Brad: You know, you do not have to spend money on that household items with great payment. It is not the thing you are ready yet. Oh, and this thing? You can make business with thing, I want to come in there. And here we go. The all time favorite plastic bottle, empty plastic bottle. If you bring this out, you are going to get drenched. Daddy Clay: Yes, all face as well. You can shower in that thing. Now, you want to change before your bath time. Plan a t-shirt, work clothes for me. Daddy Brad: Or maybe you could get mom put on the t-shirt in your bath. Daddy Clay: The whole point is that dad is doing the bath. Daddy Clay: Now, one thing you did not hear us mention, talking about bath tub fun is the classic bubble bath. Sad story, Mr. Bubble here, got another victim of modern medicine. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that you stay away from this stuff especially with little girls. Because after all, chemicals, dies and scents that are in this, making a closer cousins here, well, dishwashing soap than your casual bar of ivory. Unfortunately, that can cause irritation which can lead to Urinary Tract Infections and those can be really serious, not fun. So, sad enough, got to say goodbye to Mr. Bubble. Daddy Brad: Any experienced dad, I will tell you that the low point of bath time is reaching the hair. Shampoo or even water in the eyes drives some kids to nuts. A couple of solutions here, there is a shampoo rinse cup from One Step Ahead. Good idea. A lot of parents use foam visors to keep reach water out of the eyes. We have also found that it is hard for the kids to understand, look up to keep dry. I mean when you say, “Look up! I am going to pour water on your head”, count in two if I guess. Try to put in a letter or a picture in the ceiling above the tub and tell the kid to say “Hi” to Elmo when you rinse. Daddy Clay: One last question when it comes to tub time and that is “How oft
