Medicine and Bosu Ball Exercises

We’re at the gym and we got our bosu balls exercises you're getting your balance down, you're feeling strong. You're ripping up on the hills and now you need that extra strength we’re going to grab the medicine ball to just add a little more to our balance exercise.
This is great it’s still going to kind of keep our shoulder facing down the fall line. And we’re just going to just drop in adding medicine ball is a great way to add strength to your upper body and your core by doing this nice balance drills.
Alright, you're on the top, the nice big peak working down a nice 4000 foot cooler. Yeah, let’s throw in some different variations. We have to jump through working your way through the stiffs; going out to that hot trip and need that extra strength not using to wearing a pack everyday this is a good way to just to get that extra balance with the weight. When ski everybody just thinking about their legs but it's great to just incorporate the upper body for that added extra core strength.
