If you're watching the Oscars this year, here is how to throw a celebrity worthy bash.
First things first. Invite your film loving friends with a handmade invitation. You can make your own wax seal as shown on Instructables replicating the Academy's envelope or go paper list by choosing one of eBites Oscar themed invites.
Now prep for the party festivities by printing out ballots for each of your guest listing all of the nominees. You can go to chiff.com for an easy printable version. Have pens for everyone and have your friends fill out the ballots before the show begins. You can even designate a prize for the person who got the most predictions correct.
For your party's décor, set the scene with vintage academy award winning movie posters. Vintage film reels, clapper boards and projectors create a cinematic scene and be sure to have plenty of chairs and floor cushions for comfortably setting during the long show.
