I've had POIS since I started masturbating at age 17. My painful symptoms from ejaculation (debilitating eye burning, back pain while sitting, physical/mental exhaustion, impaired memory, thought speed, and multi-stream thought processing, joint/muscle pain, facial inflammation, increased pain sensitivity, painful urination and bowel movements, ect...) became so bad it caused me to drop out of college and become almost completely bed-ridden for a couple years. I've found a lot of relief from my symptoms by taking a combination of herbal supplements, otc drugs, and a couple prescription meds for the anxiety which is another POIS symptom. With the help of fenugreek + tea, saw palmetto, claritin, benadryl, niacin (with the flush), some paxil and clonazepam I've been able to get my first job at a convenience store and have been working there for over a month now.
