Vince DelMonte: Your Vince DelMonte here and I am with my boy Lee Hayward behind the camera. We're going to take you through a little workout improvisation here while we are Vegas right now at the Hilton and we're a crappy gym here. It's kind of a like a $10 million facility and a $20 gym here. So we are going to make the most of our pullet machine, we got some benches, and we have a dip far over there. What we're going to do is something called metabolic resistance training. We're going to take three full body movements. We're going to just roll around, circuit them one after the other.
Our goal is about ten reps for each and we're just going to do that for 20 minutes, mean we're going to do some of the hardest classes in Vegas tonight. We got some reservations on a pretty hard restaurant after this so we just want basically the system get a pump on so. We're going to be having some drinks tonight as well. So all those drinks are going directly to the muscles and just there rebuilding and only like the thing.
Lee Hayward: Exactly.
Vince DelMonte: That's how we like the thing but seriously we're get bleeding the muscles so that we can get some energy back in them and the crew the carbs, proteins, vitamins that just going to help those muscles grow our dancing up in home warm tonight. And if you see that, do not off the camera.
So this getting started, we're going to start with chin ups, then we're going to do dips and then we're going to do jumping squats and then we're through ab exercising there. Don't worry about how many reps you do. You might only be able to do one chin up, no problem. You might do one dip, no problem. After you are set, just move to the next one. This is continuous, we'll go for 20 minutes and we're going to get our drink on. So I said that on camera.
Lee Hayward: It's okay.
Vince DelMonte: We're going to go get our Vegas on.
Lee Hayward: We're getting our Vegas on, alright. So Vince is starting in here with this pull ups. Here we go man. Alright, off the job Vince. Now we're coming over here to the dip station. Vince likes to do his dip station away from the station. You will find different dip stations or have the hand positions in different places so you can experiment doing it facing the way or facing the machine itself. I like to do facing the machine. Alright, great job!
Vince DelMonte: This is jump squats, not really high but.
Lee Hayward: We got a step over here, just steps, pretty cool, works out, great for jumps the legs and it's like a 10 jump squats.
Vince DelMonte: Good amount of exercising.
Lee Hayward: Vince is going to do certain leg races here on the leg race station. Vince is actually holding the stuff up just like you all would do in dips. Again, he sets the abs on unique angle. Most people like to do the leg race, the back against the pad against, both variations are cool. But this one are prying provide more stabilize our muscles because it balances the body more. Awesome, alright, so that's one circle.
Vince DelMonte: It's hard out here, so dry. You know, like -- use of Vaseline. So I took about two minutes. So you really want to challenge yourself, you could go for ten minutes, probably eight or nine, so I let you go through. And may be if you want some variations, feel free.
Lee Hayward: Alright guys, I am going to do my set now. I am going to do some variations, full abs different grips and Vince just get to it. I also did a 12 spin ham station forward. Alright, I am going to do some step ups. I am using alternative legs in between that set. Then I am going to finish off with some leg races. I am talking about back to the pad.
Vince DelMonte: Alright. And Lee feeling some resistance going. So Lee is resisting as I put his legs down. Resist, good up, resist, resist. So if you didn't notice, I was using my hand, Lee was bringing his legs up and I was pushing down and he was resisting so far from a centric motion. Lee you get some conditioning. That's why they call it metabolic resistance workout. I don't know if you can see what's metabolic resistance workout for building muscle and conditioning, you got to do. Then you enjoy, a bottle of wine and couple of good wine.
So we will bring back a couple of other workouts because we are here for two months. So we are going to be working out everyday so we'll go to a couple of different workouts that we do before we had all -- so that we don't leave Vegas feeling guilty. Enjoy that workout guys.
