Okay, I am going to show you with the Excel 2000 some quick keyboard shortcuts here. It will be a total of ten tips here so, here you go.
Tips number one, if you want to select a row click the Shift + Spacebar and you got your entire row selected.
Tip number two, if you want to select the column click CRTL + Spacebar and you got your entire columns selected.
Let us go on to tip three, if you want to insert the date, click CRTL + Semi colon, date inserted.
Tip number four, if you want to insert the time its CRTL+Shift+Semi colon were in the middle pack now we just erase this if you want.
Tip number five. If you want to, you know, when check select the sheet you use your mouse button but here is the shortcut for that is the CRTL up or down buttons and you can select the worksheets right from there and that was tip number five.
Tip number six, if you want to hide a row, click the CRTL+9 and you notice that the actually I am sorry, that was the hide the row.
Tip number seven, if you want to hide the column is CRTL+0 lets see that G and you just hide the G column, CRTL+0 to hide the column
I will go to tip number eight; you want to move with the applications let see if you got other applications running. You hit the hold out alternate and with your TAB key you can select the different applications you want to go to start what to be stay right here and that was tip number eight.
Tip number nine, insure the hyper link click the CRTL+K and now you got your hyper link and you can display what ever you want here. My link and my page, again it is going to be a working link with to work, click okay and you got your links set up there and that was tip number nine.
For last tip, tip number ten, let us going to add some numbers here and normally if you want to add you can either use the auto run feature and supposed to add the all that thing but and that was your sum.
But what if you did not want to add? And sometimes you also select and it will show down here what the sum is but if you want the sum you want the counting. What is the quick way to do that?
Well, you right click here and you see sum, you change as a count and now with your counting the cells supposed to summing it. And you can also do not only that to select you can do the maximum, you can do the average, and you can select whatever you want. So, that is your ten tips for the day alright?
