THE UNFAIR DRAW
Speaker: Hi, and welcome to another trick from EasyBarTricks.com. In this video I will show you a nice little trick. It is based on the classic draw, where one person places a krone in either the left or the right hand, it can be any small object, and another person who has turned his back while the card was placed has to guess where the krone is. Only in this case it's a trick, it's not a fair draw, so you will be able to guess where the krone is ,each and every time. Here's how it's done. You'll turn your back and ask him or her to place the krone in either right or left hand. In this case I'll just use my right hand, and you'll ask him to close the hand, and place it on the top of their head.
Now you need some win, to win sometimes, so you can just stand there and pretend that you are chewing into where the krone is in some mysterious way, or you can come up with some story that you have a sixth sense, and you will be able to sense the shape of their body and that way you can know what hand is holding the krone. And the reason that you need to win sometime, like 20 or 30 seconds here, is that while they are holding their hand on top of their head, the heart has to struggle a bit harder to pump blood into that hand, because it has to fight gravity a little bit, and the result is, that if you leave your hand on top of your head for a while, it will be paler, because it don't contain a smart as much blood as the hand that are on the table or is hold out in front of the body.
So when the hand is brought down, it will look paler, so just see this, the effect won't stay for very long, it will stay for something like 10 seconds or so. So what you'll do is, you'll say "okay, you take your hand down, have you done that? Then you'll turn around, and you'll just point to the hand that looks palest, and that is where the krone will be. I hope it's possible to see it on this video. In real life it's probably easier, due to color quality or video quality in general aren't that good, on the Internet. So the color difference might be a little hard to see, but you can try it out for yourself. Just take take one of your hands, place it on top of your head, and wait for 30 seconds or so, and take the hand down.
You should be able to notice the clear difference in color, between two hands. And just go with your first instinct, point to the hand that looks palest, will often be shown, also at the knuckles they will look paler, and less colorful than on the other hand. That is the way to win, what seems like a fair draw, but you'll be able to win each and every time. If you want to make a bet out of it, you can just bet that you'll be able to guess where the cone is three times in a row, it seems that odds are against you, but really they aren't, you'll be able to guess right, all the time. So that's one way to use this as a bet to win beers or whatever.
