Yo! What’s up? This is your boy Dash from Smartphone.com here today with my Sprint Touch Pro. All right, as you can see, I am running SPB Mobile Shell on the ATR 6.5 ROM which is an SPJ exclusive and can be bought at smarthphonejunkie.com. Thanks to Taylor Borowski and Nine for that.
We’ll show you here real quickly freshly Mobile Shell. We’ll quickly go to the settings and it will go system in about — this is going to show is Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional.
Okay, and here is Mobile Shell. This is probably-- I'm not sure who made this but whoever it was, thank you I know it is over at XDA developers. I’m just going to make a custom task bar also.
You have your missed emails, text messages, call, and your profile changer then we got there alarms, and upcoming appointments as well as your calendar. Contacts tab, but I’m not going to click that because it will show numbers actually to a lot of buddies, staff over at SPJ, my co-founder PortalBlack and couple of other people I don’t really want you guys calling but then we got out launcher, you can add custom programs at the top tab and this is basically what I’m set up with. Oh, okay and then we’ve got this right here is a professional and then we got our other — I’ll get the name in a second, it’s always skip my mind. There’SPB and speed dial and there’s all your different stuff with that landscape.
So this was professional mode and the other one is called lifestyle home. Then we got out launcher, most recently used programs, your favorites which you can add to. As you can see, this is pretty fully skinned. I don’t think I need that anymore and then you’ve got SPB menu, call log, your favorite context, that looks for numbers so I cant do that, sorry guys. SPB context which is like your, basically your call log in a way all your contacts carousel which is pretty cool, there we go, my girl Tweety, boy Venum, just a couple of guys from the site you know.
It’s a pretty cool picture I have, you can actually got pretty good speeds with that with wanted but I’d be you know, kind of use this will take forever for the most part. I’ll show you what I mean. Come on. If you want, you can get it going. It’s not going to work for me now, look at that. There we go. I still have no mails. Oh okay, then we got our weather tabs coming up here, your agenda, your time, the Grand rapids, Amsterdam and Tokyo on that, my profile and back to your home screen and we’ll show you this dock 6.5 while we’re at it here. We’re going to show it today.
I haven’t done much with this home screen, haven’t had a chance to. But basically, you’ve got your home voice mail, music, your weather down here, text, email, calendar, you can add your own tabs, you can make them now. 6.5 have a very smooth quick interface everything you need right in front of you and everything is cool. It’s the start menu as you kind of saw earlier with settings. You can also lock from there, right on the bottom left as you can see, just scroll through a couple of my programs you guys can see like I’m pretty loaded right now. And then we’ll back out of that, you can quit or hit that X. I will just hit Quit.
The way I lock is I have my right soft key which is a crawl in, just press and hold and you get your lock, you get messages up here, you click it, and you’ll be able to drag over so you go straight to messaging or straight to email, oh it’s Pairingo, there’s that and see who’s talking on Pairingo quickly.
And then we will-- There we go, Paringo admin, the system will shut down in three minutes for maintenance, oh well, want to exit? Yeah, who cares or basically that was my Touch Pro by Sprint, running 6.5 ATR Rom and once again, this was your boy Dash from smartphonejunkie.com and I hope to see you guys later. Peace.
