When we do a tummy tuck, we remove the excess skin, we remove any excess fat, we tighten those muscles up, at the same time, it's all done to like an extended cesarean incision. At the same time, we can do breast surgery, whether you need breast augmentation or breast lift. That's not too much surgery, it's not too much anesthesia to do it at once. We do it all the time.
