Mostaccioli Recipe
Thank you for stopping by my cooking show. It’s Supper Time presented by
callingachef.com powered by Fontanini. Today, I am going to show you a very classic
dish called mostaccioli, Italian style dish, my version of the mostaccioli.
Here are the very simple ingredients, what you need besides the mostaccioli pasta shells,
we have green peppers; small dice, leftover Italian meatballs and if you come up with an
idea, you can small dice this as well bite size and use this as a sausage with your
mostaccioli. We have garlic, small dice with the onion, some parsley and some fresh
basic and of course, mushrooms. Combine all those ingredients with some nice pasta
sauce. I want to appreciate—to help us out there.
Grab your pasta sauce like right here; heat it up like I did. Come over here. You mix it up
into your pasta. You’re going to bake this at 350 for about half an hour to 45 minutes
because most of the time, like those meatballs I was just telling you about, those are
already cooked. So, you just want to warm up everything and then warm your sauce in
through along with the cheese and spray this down a little quick. This is some extra and
also, it’s a lot easier. I am using a Garlic Mist from the Par-Way Tryson Company, good
stuff. Come like this, almost perfect.
Put your cheese. Use an provolone cheese. Put it over, like I said 350 in the oven. We
pull it out; this would what it looks like when it’s done, sweet. We want to garnish it with
some parsley. Pull some out of here.
You can always serve it with some garlic toast. Fork it real quick, very good. I want to
