I am sorry to say this, but Ed video, the way he speaks is not motivational at all. He uses to many time the words, guess what? Motivational has to be, in my oppinion something that boost you to do something about it.

So true... What else can be said ?!?! Spend at least 1/2 an hour each day specializing in your field by reading or hearing, meeting from people who inspires you... You'll reach your goals for sure!! For you'll be THE specialist at that time!!

the title of the video is deceiving it should be "how to (hope to) become an overnight success after trying for decades" he looks like a friendly and funny person anyway, so i'll give him a tip on how to become a real overnight success too:take the blue pill pal! :)
