I am James Bird, Professional Life Coach. This video will show you how you can be motivated to take constant action and achieve anything you want and also I am going to show it you in about 90 seconds.

To begin, the procrastination occurs when you start to focus on how bad you could feel and you finally take the action you are putting off. Next you focus on all the negative outcomes that could occur when you do not take the necessary action. You start to do how horrible you will feel and you finally take the action you are putting off. And then compound with how bad things will be because you did not do it. You have to move passes, you have to take all the feelings and resulting images mentioned above and put them behind you. So here are the three steps you need to follow to past procrastination and in the motivation.
