Hi, this is Doug Dalton from Cannondale Bicycles with your mountain bike trail tip.
We are lucky enough in Park City that here in our surrounding areas, we can get up to 10,000, 11,000 feet. Up there you need to have special breathing techniques. One thing I do is expel all my air in the exhale and even a little extra so you get of all that bad air and replace it with as much new air as you can keeping your blood red, keeping your legs hydrated and you are oxygenated really helps your balance and helps you have a lot more fun in high altitude.
