Hi, I am Doug Dalton with your Cannondale Bicycles Park City mountain trail tip.

This one might seem a little bit obvious but my trail tip of the day is always wear a helmet and not just any helmet but a good new mountain bike helmet or a bicycling helmet. All too often I see people riding up the trail with their helmet on their stem. That is well and good but what happens when you get hit by another bike rider or if you fall off and hit your head on a rock, then it is up to the people that you are with to help you get out of a bad situation. So by always wearing a helmet, you can avoid those bad situations.
