Hi, I am Doug Dalton from Cannondale Bikes with your mountain bike trail tip.
Today, we will talk about setting up your rear suspension and pretty much all you need for a modern day rear suspension is a shock pump. To add air to your shock, there is an end valve that is right on the main chamber. If you screw your shock pump on there, add air until it gets up to the right number and that right number depends on what kind of bike you have, what kind of shock you have but a good rule of thumb for the cross-country bike is about 20% of sag. So if you divide this thing into threes and you sit on your bike, you bike should sag in about 20%.
