Hi, this is Doug Dalton. Cannondale Bicycles with your mountain bike trail tip.
Today’s tip is on braking. Many people that have come over from old cantilever brakes to new hydraulic disk brakes are still using two fingers. Really if you move your brakes in, use one finger on the outside of your lever. It is going to leave these other three to hold onto the bike. Not only will this let you brake more smoothly and evenly, but it will also give you more power on your handlebars for turning, holding on and give you a longer more fun ride.
